Our aim is to despatch in stock items within 5 working days. Depending on country of destination, deliveries may take up to 28 days, although this is exceptional - however, note to our US customers - since 8th December 2010 US Customs has tightened security and some parcels are taking extra time to clear your Customs. Progress of all parcels can be tracked and traced through www.correos.es and we will provide tracking numbers on request.

Should any item be temporarily out of stock we will advise you with an anticipated delivery date and you will have the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait.

We charge carriage at cost and try to use the most reasonably priced but reliable carriers (currently Spanish Correos).

The webshop checkout automatically calculates your delivery costs, but you must select the country of destination in order for it to do this.

The carriers require a signature when delivering, so please ensure you give us a daytime (Monday to Friday) delivery address where there is someone there to receive your parcel during normal working hours. We are also asked to provide a contact telephone number whenever possible of the parcel's recipients so that the delivery company can make contact should there be any problems in delivering, or should the recipients not be at the address when delivering, etc.

We can sometimes arrange for a faster/express delivery if required. If you need this service please contact us for details and any possible surcharge.

Note that we do not use Correos for deliveries to Mexico and need to provide our customers in Mexico a seperate quotation for delivery by another carrier.

Note: If there are any customs or import duties due when your order reaches its destination country, these are your responsibility. We have to charge Spanish purchase tax (IVA) at 18% for deliveries to private individuals and non purchase/sales tax registered companies in Europe. Outside the European Union we do not charge sales taxes, which are the responsibility of the importer/customer and the 18% Spanish purchase tax (IVA) will be automatically deducted from your bill at the checkout stage (therefore you will be paying us 18% less than the published EU prices on the webshop). 

Why do we use Correos for our deliveries? Correos offers us an efficient and reliable service.They are not the absolute cheapest but they get our parcels to you, the customer, reliably and within a reasonable time. So we, and you our customers, can rely on them. We have used the large carriers in the past but Correos have reliably proven to generally be more efficient.
