We aim to dispatch in stock items within 3 working days and if you order a made-to-measure Zaldi saddle - within 7 working days (excluding holiday shutdown periods).
 
Parcels can be tracked and traced through either www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/ or www.correos.es depending on shipping option and we will provide tracking numbers on request.
 
Most saddles are delivered free of carriage charges within most of the EU, subsidised (around 50%) to USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand Carriage is charged at cost for other parts of the world.
 
The Shopping Cart checkout automatically calculates your delivery costs. Please select the country of destination for it to do this.
 
Should an item be temporarily out of stock we will promptly advise you with an anticipated delivery date and you will have the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait.
 
Carriers require a signature when delivering, so please give us a daytime (Monday to Friday) delivery address where there is someone to receive and sign for your parcel during normal working hours. Carriers ask us to provide a contact telephone number whenever possible, should they encounter problems or if there is nobody at the address when they deliver.
 
Sales tax and import duties:
If there are Customs, import duties or sales taxes due when your order reaches its destination country, these are your responsibility. Within the EU we have to charge Spanish sales tax (IVA) at 21% for deliveries to private individuals but not to registered companies. Outside the EU no sales taxes are applied by us and the 21% Spanish sales tax (IVA) will be automatically deducted from your bill at the checkout stage.
 
US customers: Since 8th December 2010 US Customs has tightened security and some parcels sent mostly by post may, sometimes, take extra time to clear your Customs.
 
Australasia customers: Occasionally Australian customs can delay clearance of leather items and demand direct from the manufacturer proof of the origin of all materials the products are made from. We are used to dealing with this and do our best to speed things through.

Ludomar saddles:  If we do not have your exact size or style in stock we must warn customers that it can take up to 3 months for Ludomar to make a saddle for us.
