A high-tech Alta Escuela classical dressage saddle, introduced by Zaldi in April 2012. An advanced 'Alta Escuela' saddle combining the traditional style of the 'high school' saddle as used by the Real Escuela de Arte Ecuestre in Jerez with the latest generation of modern high-tech dressage saddle, Zaldi's best selling San Jorge dressage saddle. This allows an excellent seat and leg position yet retains the features of the traditional Spanish (or Baroque) Alta Escuela saddle. The saddle uses the same high tech flexible tree as the San Jorge dressage saddle and the same high tech and latest modern materials in its construction. The flaps are long 'dressage' style, the latest ergonomic type with knee pad, straighter to allow a proper/classical leg position and seat. Made from a choice of superior quality selected European box-calf leather or suede leather and in a choice of colours. Personalised saddles can be made to order incorporating a mix of leather and suede and/or bi-colour saddles or saddles with contrast trim. Latex rubber seat and high-tech waterproof anti-sweat 'wool' panels. Stainless steel safety stirrup bar. Long girth straps and you can also order with the new 'V' tensioning system to pull the saddle down equally along the horse's back and elasticated first girth strap, which allows the horse easier movement and breathing. This is probably the lightest saddle available in the traditional Alta Escuela style. As with all the latest Zaldi T + T saddles, this model is available in a choice of 5 widths and 6 seat lengths.
